Huebsch integrated campaign

Huebsch had been running equipment-focused ads for years and needed a new strategic direction. After completing a brand redefinition assignment, we realized that Huebsch's target audience valued customer service and support as highly as the equipment itself. Coincidentally, a recent research study uncovered that customers in the vend segment rated Huebsch as a top brand when it came to service and support from the manufacturer and the distributor. This provided us a clear and data-driven point of differentiation that we chose to capitalize upon in our marketing efforts: Huebsch delivers the best customer experience in the vended laundry segment. This is the print and online campaign that resulted.
